During my recent stay at this charming hotel near Place Flagey in Brussels, I found a balance of comfort and value that is hard to come by in larger cities. Situated on a quiet side street, the location provides convenient access to public transport, with trams and buses just a short walk away, making it ideal for exploring the city. The hotel retains much of its original charm while offering modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious, featuring cozy sitting areas and well-maintained parquet floors. the mattresses are sound-proofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I appreciated the available ironing facilities and the complimentary tea and coffee-making options, which added a nice touch to my stay. While the bathrooms are separate, they are private and impeccably clean, showing the commitment to housekeeping. The friendly owner resides in the same townhouse, providing a level of personal service often lost in larger establishments. The combination of practical amenities and attentive service at a competitive price point makes this hotel a wise choice for anyone looking to enjoy Brussels without overspending. I would certainly consider returning for another visit.
